Zen Becomes Authorized Distributor for Nearity

Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for Nearity in the UAE and GCC. Nearity’s conference cameras, speakerphones, soundbars and headsets are stocked in Dubai and specified by Zen for rooms of every size.
Nearity makes USB audio and video devices for meeting rooms that work with any platform – Teams, Zoom, 3CX, Google Meet – without a proprietary room system. The camera range covers wide-angle 4K cameras with built-in microphones for huddle rooms, auto-framing and speaker-tracking cameras for meeting rooms, PTZ cameras with optical zoom and presets for boardrooms and training rooms, and all-in-one video bars. The audio range covers tabletop speakerphones that daisy-chain to cover long tables, conference soundbars with beam-forming microphone arrays and echo cancellation, and headsets for desk and softphone use.
Zen holds cameras, speakerphones, soundbars and headsets in Dubai, specifies a room kit by room size and platform, and supplies it with the display, mounts and booking panel that complete the room. Nearity devices pair with the Yealink, OneScreen and Joan products Zen also distributes, and a Nearity camera and speakerphone turn a Hush Pod meeting pod into a video room.
Remote participants forgive a mediocre picture and do not forgive bad audio. Nearity’s strength is audio and video that are designed together, at a price that lets an organisation equip every room rather than only the boardroom.
