Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for Yealink in the UAE and GCC. The full Yealink range – IP phones, headsets, DECT systems and video conferencing devices – is supplied from stock in Dubai.
Yealink is the most widely deployed IP phone brand in the GCC and a leading maker of video conferencing equipment worldwide. Its desk phone series run from the entry-level T3 through the mainstream T4 to the executive T5 with touch screens and video. DECT systems cover single sites and multi-cell campuses. The headset line spans wired, USB, DECT and Bluetooth models. And the video range covers everything from a USB camera for a phone booth to video bars for huddle rooms, room kits for boardrooms and multi-camera systems for auditoriums, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms and supported by 3CX.
Zen stocks the T3, T4 and T5 series, DECT, headsets and the video bars and room kits in Dubai, with datasheets on every product and local warranty and RMA. For resellers and integrators, Zen produces bills of materials by role and room type, registers deals and supplies the switches, gateways and displays that complete a project.
