Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for TabaTalk in the UAE and GCC. TabaTalk’s cloud voice and messaging platform is onboarded and supported by Zen from Dubai, with the desk phones and headsets to go with it.
TabaTalk is a cloud communications platform for growing businesses, sold per user with nothing to install. It provides business numbers, extensions, call routing, IVR, queues, voicemail to email and call recording, managed from a web portal; desktop and mobile apps so that staff make and take calls on the business number from anywhere; customer messaging channels alongside voice; contact-centre features such as skills routing, wallboards and reporting; and integrations with mainstream CRM and helpdesk platforms.
Zen provides onboarding – number provisioning and porting, user set-up, call-flow configuration, integrations – and ongoing support from Dubai. For staff who prefer a desk phone, Zen supplies and provisions Yealink, Snom and Fanvil handsets. For resellers, TabaTalk adds a recurring-revenue subscription line alongside hardware sales, and Zen supports partners who offer both TabaTalk and 3CX and recommend by customer.
Not every business wants to run a phone system. TabaTalk is for the ones that want the outcome – a number, an app, routing, recording and a record of every conversation – without the infrastructure.
