Zen appointed authorised distributor for Snom

Snom and Zen Interactive Technologies have signed a distribution agreement for the UAE and GCC. Snom’s SIP desk phones, DECT systems, conference phones and hospitality handsets are now supplied by Zen from stock in Dubai. The partnership was announced in December 2022.

What the agreement covers

Zen holds the popular Snom models in Dubai, handles warranty and RMA locally, and supports resellers and integrators deploying Snom on 3CX and other platforms. Snom phones auto-provision from 3CX, which Zen also distributes, so the combination is one Zen tests and supports as a whole.
