Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for OneScreen in the UAE and GCC. OneScreen’s interactive displays for classrooms and meeting rooms are supplied from Dubai with mounts, cameras and audio.
OneScreen makes interactive touch displays designed for education and corporate use rather than adapted from signage panels. The displays combine a 4K touch surface tuned for handwriting, an on-board system for whiteboarding, annotation and wireless screen sharing, and support for video conferencing with Teams, Zoom and other platforms. Classroom models add lesson software and a more robust surface; meeting-room models add camera and audio options. What sets OneScreen apart is the live help available from the display itself, which is the feature teachers and trainers mention most.
Zen supplies the display range with wall mounts and mobile stands, and pairs it with the Yealink and Nearity cameras and audio devices and the Joan booking displays that complete a room. For schools and training centres, Zen supports pilots, phased rollouts and the reseller or integrator doing the installation.
Schools, universities and training centres across the region have replaced projectors and whiteboards with interactive displays, and corporate meeting rooms are following. Procurement at that scale is about management, support and total cost, which favours integrated displays with a local channel behind them.
