Zen appointed authorised distributor for Hush Pod

Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for Hush Pod in the UAE and GCC. Hush Pod’s acoustic office pods, from single-person phone booths to eight-person meeting pods and outdoor units, are stocked in Dubai, delivered and assembled by Zen.

About Hush Pod

Hush Pod makes free-standing acoustic pods for open-plan offices: enclosed, sound-insulated, ventilated spaces with lighting, power and seating that arrive on a pallet and are working the same day, with no construction, no planning and no landlord approval. The range runs from phone booths for calls and short video meetings, through two- to four-person pods for interviews and one-to-ones, to six- and eight-person meeting pods with display mounts for video conferencing. The Eden series adds insulated, air-conditioned outdoor pods for terraces, campuses and gardens.

What Zen provides

Zen holds pods in Dubai, advises on the number and size of pods for a headcount and floor plan, delivers and assembles, and equips meeting pods with the video hardware it also distributes – a Nearity or Yealink camera and speakerphone turn a four-person pod into a video room, and a Joan display on the door makes it bookable.

Why it matters

Video calls, hybrid work and open-plan floors have made privacy a daily problem in offices across the region, and a pod is the quickest and most portable way to solve it. For tenants on three- to five-year leases, a pod is an asset that moves; a built meeting room is not.
