Zen appointed authorised distributor for Cluvix

Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed a distributor for Cluvix Networks in the UAE and GCC. Cluvix’s power and data-centre infrastructure – UPS systems, cooling, racks and cabinets – joins Zen’s Infrastructure segment alongside eZon and Teltonika.

About Cluvix Networks

Cluvix covers the physical layer under every deployment: UPS systems from single-phase units for a comms cabinet to three-phase systems for a server room, inverters and energy storage, batteries and voltage stabilisers, data-centre cooling, and the racks and cabinets the equipment lives in. The products carry CE and manufacturer certification and are sized to the load rather than sold from a catalogue.

What Zen provides

Zen holds common UPS sizes and rack formats in Dubai, with larger systems on short lead times. Its engineers size UPS and battery configurations from an equipment list and the runtime required, register opportunities for pricing protection, and deliver the power and rack equipment together with the phones, switches, cameras and routers that will sit in it. Warranty and RMA are handled in Dubai.

Why it matters

Most projects that buy phones, switches and cameras also need a UPS and a rack, and buying them from a second supplier means a second delivery, a second invoice and a second support line. With Cluvix in the portfolio, a reseller or contractor quotes the whole cabinet from Zen.
