Zen Interactive Technologies has been appointed an authorised distributor for Fanvil in the UAE and GCC. Fanvil’s IP phones, DECT systems, hotel phones and SIP intercoms are stocked in Dubai and supported by Zen’s technical team.
Fanvil is one of the most widely deployed IP phone brands in the region, with a range that puts a capable handset on every desk at a price that makes a full deployment affordable. The desk phone line runs from entry-level models for shared positions, through mid-range colour-screen phones with Gigabit pass-through and headset support, to executive touchscreen models with video. DECT bases and handsets cover warehouses, clinics and hotels. A hospitality line provides guest-room, bathroom and cordless phones. And a growing intercom range – video door phones, audio intercoms, emergency help points and SIP paging speakers – puts entrances, gates, lifts and public areas on the same phone system as the desks.
Zen holds the common Fanvil models in Dubai, attaches datasheets to every product, handles warranty locally and supports resellers with device selection and provisioning. Fanvil phones auto-provision from 3CX, which Zen also distributes, and interoperate with the major SIP platforms. For access control projects, Zen supplies the intercoms together with the controllers and the network switches.
The combination of desk phones and intercoms from one brand, managed with one tool, is what makes Fanvil useful for schools, logistics companies, residential buildings and industrial sites, where the phone system has to reach the door and the yard as well as the office.
